Nidhi Mitra is a financial technology solution designed to bridge the gap between rural communities and banking services. A significant portion of India’s population remains unbanked due to complex banking processes, lack of awareness, and accessibility barriers. This project simplifies financial services through an intuitive, user-friendly digital platform.
My Approach:
By combining UX research, iterative prototyping, and field testing, I built a fintech product tailored for rural users with low financial literacy.
